Relax Sleep Spray is sprayed into the mouth. Melatonin* is a natural ingredient that helps reduce sleep time. 30 minutes before sleeping, spray 1mg of melatonin* (corresponds to 8 sprays) into your mouth. Melatonin* also helps reducing jet lag.

The active ingredient melantonin* is very well absorbed through the oral mucosa. Valuable plant extracts and L-tryptophan complete this combination of high quality active ingredients and offers a relaxing sleep effect.
Relax Sleep Spray can also be used after brushing your teeth as no sugar is used.

Suggested Use:
Shake softly before use. Daily, spray 8 times (amounts 1ml) into your mouth, 30 minutes before sleeping.

Not recommended for pregnant/nursing women, small children and young people. Do not take immediately before driving or a working day. Store in a cool and dry place. Keep out of reach of children.
